Agreement

These terms govern your use of Relationship Punch at relationshippunch.com, operated by Indixital Media. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Editorial Policy, which form part of the same agreement.

What the site is

Relationship Punch publishes general information and commentary about say the difficult thing kindly. It is an editorial publication. It is not a professional service, and using it does not create any professional relationship between you and us or between you and any writer.

Health information notice

Articles here are written for a general readership and are not personalised advice. Bodies differ, and so do circumstances. If you have an existing condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or take regular medication, talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

Where we describe a technique, a protocol or a piece of research, we try to be honest about how well established it is. "Some evidence suggests" and "this is well replicated" are not the same sentence, and we do not use them interchangeably.

Permitted use

You may read, print and share our articles for your own personal, non-commercial use, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the original page. You may not:

republish articles in whole or in substantial part, in any medium, without written permission;

Intellectual property

Photography is licensed from third parties under the Pexels licence and remains the property of the respective photographers; a permission to republish our text is not a permission to reuse the images accompanying it.

Advertising, affiliate links and sponsorship

The site carries third-party advertising, including content-recommendation units that may appear beneath or beside articles. Those units are supplied by external networks. We do not choose, endorse or vet the individual advertisers or the pages they link to, and clicking one takes you off this site and outside these terms.

We investigate promptly and remove infringing material where the complaint is well founded.

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date of the last change is shown at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country.
