And Gia Giudice is clapping back. In a viral video, the Real Housewives of New York City alum, 54, inserted herself in Teresa’s financials saying “I feel terrible but, like, fool me once, you’re a fool, fool me twice, I’m a fool. … There’s never been a worse picker in the history of pickers than myself besides Teresa,” Frankel said, clearly taken aback by the situation. Her comments quickly went viral, sparking conversations about Teresa’s financial past and present.
However, it wasn’t long before Teresa’s daughter, Gia Giudice, fired back. In an episode of her Casual Chaos podcast, Gia, 22, addressed Frankel’s remarks head-on. Rather than staying quiet, she made it clear that she wasn’t happy with Frankel’s unsolicited critique of her mother.
“Bethenny Frankel, thank you so much for your sweet video,” Gia began. “You are a mother with a daughter, and I bet you wouldn’t like if somebody was saying this about you.” With that statement, Gia put Frankel on notice, pointing out the personal nature of her comments and how it might feel if the tables were turned.
Gia didn’t stop there, “I hope that $1,000 TikTok paycheck was really worth it. And thanks, but we’re doing perfectly fine over here.”
Gia’s fiery response is a clear message to Bethenny — keep your opinions to yourself when it comes to her family. Despite the public nature of both women’s lives, it’s clear Gia is protective of her mom, especially when it comes to outsiders passing judgment on her personal decisions.
