Blake Lively is a fairly well-known name, especially right now. The Gossip Girl star was in Austin during SXSW for the world premiere of her movie Another Simple Favor. The film is the sequel to A Simple Favor, released in 2018. It also stars Anna Kendrick, Henry Golding, Michele Morrone, Andrew Rannells, and Elizabeth Perkins. The entire cast was in Austin for the SXSW premiere and some were seen out and about and at the Four Seasons doing press.
It’s not uncommon for stars to be seen out enjoying the city, but we typically hear about it in some capacity. Somehow Lively hit up multiple Austin staples and went unnoticed. The star took to her Instagram on Monday to post a recap carousel that showed her time in Austin from the Another Simple Favor premiere to her at Barton Springs Pool.

Four Seasons | 98 San Jacinto Blvd
We know that the cast did press at the Four Seasons hotel because we saw Henry Goulding, Michele Morrone and Andrew Rannells ourselves. From the looks of it, Lively stayed there as well. We’re sad we missed her and Michele playing ping pong in the courtyard!
Allen’s Boots | 1522 S Congress Ave
Allen’s Boots on South Congress is an Austin staple for locals and tourists alike and it seems like celebrities aren’t immune either. Lively posted a photo of her rocking a pair of boots and a photo of another pair in store. Hope she got both, they’re so cute!
Taqueria 10/10 | 206 Trinity St unit 110
The star and her team hit up Taqueria 10/10 for what seems like a late night bite. Taqueria 10/10, sometimes also called Taqueria De Diez, is known for its traditional tacos, burritos and more! Lively seemed to be enjoying her food along with some Topo Chico.
Krewe | 1503 S Congress Ave
Krewe is a New Orleans-based sunglass company that opened a store on South Congress a few years ago. Celebrities like Kristen Bell, Beyoncé, Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Kate Hudson and Reese Witherspoon are all fans of Krewe. Looks like we can add Blake Lively to that list.
The Salty Donut | 2000 S Congress Ave
The Salty Donut is known for its delicious donut concoctions like horchata, samoa cookie, cookie butter banana cream pie. When you visit, don’t forget to try their Terry Blacks BBQ brisket and cheddar kolache. We wonder what Blake tried?!
Barton Springs Pool | 2131 William Barton Dr.
Did you even really come to Austin if you didn’t visit Barton Springs? It’s simply not done and apparently Lively knows it too! Based on her photo, her kids accompanied her. They had to go to the restroom at Barton Springs at some point, but they didn’t have shoes, so she gave hers to the kids and used paper bags on her feet. The pool is currently closed for remodeling, but the public side of Barton Springs is open and that’s where we’re guessing she and her kids visited.
